Return Policy
All items are made-to-order and custom crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you have any questions about sizing, products, or your order, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Order Processing & Shipping
We ship orders every Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed after a shipping day will be processed and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
Example:
If you place your order on Friday, your order will ship the following Monday.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow additional processing time during product launches, holidays, and high-volume periods.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Burn Spot Customs is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in USPS possession.
Standard Shipping Time
After your order has shipped, standard USPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or carrier delays.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not currently offer international shipping.
Retail Locations
Currently, our products are available exclusively through our online store.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup for online orders. All purchases are shipped directly to your provided address.
